Delivery of goods
Physical goods are sent through Australia Post and/or other trusted courier companies. We process these deliveries quickly once we receive full payment. Depending on the shipping method, it might take 2 to 14 days for delivery. If your order is damaged or lost, please sort it out directly with Australia Post or the courier company, as we are not responsible for goods damaged in transit or not received. The decision to replace damaged or lost items is at Wordshift’s discretion. For digital goods, you get them right away. Keep in mind that downloading software and digital products can sometimes have risks. If you have any trouble downloading our goods, get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to help.
